All products collected by customers or their representatives must be checked for: correctness of products & dimensions; quantity &
quality.

5 Year warranty on Installations done by Artificial Grass CPT.
70% Deposit (Installation booking will only be secured, once deposit has reflected in our account).
30% Upon Completion (to be paid within 24h upon completion).

Please use the Invoice Number as your reference, when making payment.

If the invoice is cancelled a 10% handling fee will be charged on the value of the invoice.

Artificial Grass CPT will take no responsibility on any damage under the ground, such as cable pipes, etc.
Any delivery vehicles will enter the premises at owners risk.
If any additional equipment is required to execute the work or needed to prepare the surface, it will be added to the quote.
The products provided remain property of Artificial Grass CPT (PTY) Ltd. until full payment has been done and reflected in our
account.

Artificial Grass CPT (PTY) Ltd. (“AGCPT”) endeavors to use the highest quality materials and the latest manufacturing techniques in
the production of its artificial grass.The term artificial grass as used herein, applies only to artificial grass purchased from AGCPT.
The UV warranty period, provided by AGCPT, varies by the type of turf (as per the table below):
- No UV Warranty: Expo 10mm;
- 3 Years UV Warranty: Eco 20mm;
- 6 Years UV Warranty: Autumn 25mm, Spring 25mm, Soccer Rye 40mm,
- Soccer White 40mm;
- 8 Years UV Warranty: Autumn 30mm, Spring 30mm, Pet Grass 30mm, Summer 35mm, Supreme 35mm, Multi Sport 16mm, Multi Flex Black/Blue/Green/Rust/White/
Yellow 13mm.
Artificial Grass is considered as a consumable product therefore this warranty excludes normal wear and tear. This warranty shall not
cover any defect, failure or damage in or to the artificial grass if it is:
Subject to or caused by abuse, misuse, negligence;
The result of improper installation, maintenance, repairs, alterations or replacements;
Damaged, directly or indirectly, including, but not limited to, and/or on account of accident, vandalism, machinery, inappropriate footwear
(spiked shoes), animals, misuse, fire, tobacco products, flood, chemical reactions, the use of dry cleaning fluids or improper cleaning
methods, acts of God, static or dynamic loads of exceeding the manufacturers specifications at time of installation, repairs,
improper or faulty sub-base preparation, and the failure of the sub-base after the installation including settling of the base;
Damaged which was caused by sun magnification and melting or matting from reflection;
Matting, regardless of the cause.
The warranty is non-transferable and is extended only to the original end user with proof of purchase.
AGCPT undertakes to handle all warranty claims promptly and professionally.
Upon collection/delivery, the customer warrants that he she will fully roll out and inspect the artificial grass cut/roll in its entirety
within 1 day after collection/ delivery, and will report, by writing – via e-mail (below attached) and with photos attached, any defects within
24 (twenty-four) hours after detection. If non-compliant, the warranty claim will be voided.
During the warranty period, if the artificial grass proves to be defective in material, AGCPT shall be responsible for replacement of the
defective without charge to the purchaser. It is agreed that all claims made under the foregoing limited warranty shall be invalid and null
and voided unless made in writing including e-mail (detailed below) with photos, submitted within 24 (twenty-four) days of a covered issue
becoming evident. Once the claim has been submitted, the customer must provide 10 (ten) working days to AGCPT to inspect the defective
product or authorize the claim before replacement will be made. If claim is approved, the defective product will be returned to AGCPT and
the respective replacement product will be collected, at customers own cost. AGCPT shall not be responsible for the removal/disposal of the
defective artificial grass or installation of the new artificial grass nor the return of the defective product or collection of the replacement
product.
Other than terms stipulated in the warranty, all products shall be deemed to be free of such defects, shortages and non-conformities
and AGCPT shall not undertake the corresponding responsibility.
